Dear Friend

The prospect of the righteous is a joy because true righteousness is being right in God's eyes. Being in the right standing with God includes your whole being: your character, conscience, attitude, actions, and words. There is much joy in this special relationship with God because there is no room for ambiguity and doubt.

Proverbs 10:28 - The prospect of the righteous is joy, but the hopes of the wicked come to nothing.

My prayer. Heavenly Father, thank you for the hope I have in Jesus Christ. Thank you that You protect me from words and evil plans that come against me (Isaiah 54:17). My trust is in You alone. Thank you for the joy You bring in my heart and my life. Amen.

You will find much joy in this special relationship with God.
