Dear Friend
Stress and disillusionment are as old as humankind. Jesus showed His compassion for our hardships by teaching us how to seek His Kingdom. He says: “Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me, and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly” (Mat 11:28-30). Learning the unforced rhythms of God’s grace is the most liberating stance to keep if you want to live lightly and freely. Matthew 6:33 - “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” My prayer. LORD, I seek You and invite You to be the Centre of my life. Thank You for setting me free from guilt, shame and fear. Thank You that Your grace flows spontaneously and liberally through my life. Father, I pray that there will come a hunger for Your Word and a longing to belong to Your Kingdom in our beautiful country. I acknowledge that You are the only hope for our nation. Thank You that the Holy Spirit intercedes for us when we do not know how to pray. Amen. Dedicate your life to God.
