He has showed you, O man, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you but to do justly,
and to love kindness and mercy, and to humble yourself and walk humbly with your God? Micah 6:8

Dear Friend

We are called to hope and pray with expectation for that glorious time when Christ shall reign in righteousness over all nations. As Matthew Henry reminds us, "He shall rule in the hearts of men, by the power of truth, and the Spirit of righteousness." This is not a prayer born of despair, nor do we intercede from a place of hopelessness. Rather, we pray as those already immersed in God's goodness, surrounded on every side by His faithfulness, mercy, and boundless grace.

His blessings are visible in the beauty of creation, the kindness of others, the daily provisions we so often take for granted, and the quiet, unwavering presence of His Spirit within us. Every moment, every breath, is a testament to His love.

So, let us lift our hearts in gratitude! Let us praise Him with joy, not only for what is to come but for the abundant grace we experience today. Our God is good, His promises are sure, and His reign of righteousness is both our present reality and our future hope. Hallelujah!

Psalm 96:11-12 - Let the heavens rejoice, let the earth be glad; let the sea resound, and all that is in it. Let the fields be jubilant, and everything in them; let all the trees of the forest sing for joy.

My prayer. Lord, we lift our hearts in joyful hope, longing for the day when Christ shall reign in righteousness over all nations. Rule in our hearts even now, by the power of Your truth and the Spirit of righteousness. Let Your light shine in us and through us, that we may reflect Your love to the world.

We do not pray from a place of despair but from the certainty of Your goodness. Your blessings surround us. Open our eyes to recognize Your faithfulness in every moment. Your promises are sure, Your mercy never fails, and Your kingdom is both our present hope and our eternal joy. Amen.

Lift your heart in gratitude to God!
